A Precinct Captain is the leader for their neighborhood’s organizing efforts—connecting voters, volunteers, and the party. You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to care and be willing to step up.

  • Build relationships with voters through conversations, calls, and door knocking

  • Grow your local team by recruiting and engaging volunteers

  • Drive turnout by sharing voting info and encouraging participation

  • Be the connection between your community and the party

  • Show up locally as a trusted, visible presence
